PTO Meeting 11/12

Our next PTO Meeting is Tuesday, November 12th at 10am in the Goshen Library. Agenda and Budget will be posted to website a week prior.

Kroger App

We get cashback from Kroger thru their Community Rewards program. This is an easy, passive-income for the PTO (that all goes back to Goshen). To add us to your purchases, open Kroger App > Click Menu (top right) > My Info > Rewards > Community Rewards > select Goshen Elementary at Hillcrest PTO (not PTA!)

Fall Fest

Thank you to everyone who came out to have fun on Friday night! And thank you to our volunteers - we couldn't host this event without you!

Kentucky Kids Day

We are so excited to announce we rescheduled KY Kids Day for Tuesday, October 29th! Look forward to finally having the Gators enjoy their Kona! We have a new Sign-Up for volunteers: https://signup.com/group/1153257534032

Teachers Lounge Donations

The teachers lounge is short on Plates, Bowls, Napkins, and Forks. The school is unable to purchase these items with their funds so they rely on donations from PTO and parents. If you are willing to help supply some items, please drop them off at the front office. Thank you!

Goshen Goods Store

Goshen Goods Store opens on Thursdays from 7:15am to 7:45am (before school starts). The store gets busy, so we alternate shopping days for grades. The store sells school supplies (cute pencils, erasers), toys (squishy balls), and Gator swag (croc charms, pencils, stickers).  Everything is under $3 so you don’t need to send a bunch of money 😉

Tom's Coffee Truck is visiting Goshen on October 8th to provide our teachers and staff a treat! You can donate a drink to your teacher by using this link (event code T332063864): https://customer.travelintomscoffee.com/#/T332063864

Fund Run

Thank you all for your support! We successfully passed our $40,000 goal! We had a great Fund Run event day, and all the students had a blast! Thank you to all the amazing volunteers that made this such a fun and successful event!

Fall Fest is Friday October 11th 6-9pm. The event is free to attend, but if you want to use the bounce houses, you need to purchase an unlimited activity wristband for $20. Louisville Water Co will be at Fall Fest, so bring your water bottles for free water refills!

Fund Run

Thank you all for your support! We have raised over $30K for Fund Run! All money goes back to Goshen. We'll celebrate with a healthy and fun day on 10/1 with bounce house obstacle courses. Guardians are welcomed to come watch; meet us over at the field on the side of school.

If you donated to our Donation Drive, make sure you at least register for Fund Run because your students will receive a Goshen Gator water bottle!

We were so disappointed to postpone KY Kids Day but the weather was not safe for us to host the event. We will reschedule and everyone will get their Kona soon. We're working with the school and Kona & DJ to reschedule very soon!
